Women’s Ministry
Our Women’s Ministry is designed so that women can equip each other for godly service (Titus 2:3-5) and encourage one another to be examples of purity and reverence (1 Peter 3:1-40). This ministry offers unique Bible studies, an annual Ladies Day, various service projects, and meaningful opportunities to fellowship and find encouragement. The ultimate goal of our women’s ministry is to assist our ladies in becoming Proverbs 31 women.
The ladies of Scenic Hills host a Ladies Day every year during the fall. The purpose of this event is to provide spiritual nourishment and fellowship that caters specifically to the needs and interests of women. It is conducted on a Saturday and consists of lessons presented by a guest speaker, breakout classes, and lunch. This event is free to all participants. Working Women’s Bible Study:
Working Women Walking with God (www.God) is a monthly Bible study that is specifically geared toward women who are active in the workplace. The lesson each month is facilitated by one of the attendees and each attendee is asked to bring a finger food to share with the group for dinner. This study is typically conducted on the first Thursday of every month, and it begins at 6:30 p.m. Visit our congregational calendar to discover the date and location of our next Working Women’s study.
