Lads to Leaders and Leaderettes is a program designed to provide an effective yearround,
Bible-based youth leadership program for students from kindergarten through
college. The goal of this program is to develop the talents and skills of our youth so they
can be effective leaders within the church and community. This program is highlighted
by an annual convention which takes place at four different locations during Easter
