In order to facilitate church growth we created four main fellowship groups for our adults. Each
group is lead by a couple from our congregation and their focus is to plan events and projects that will
promote involvement and unity within their assigned group. All of our members are associated with
one of these groups and are encouraged to participate in them. Below is a description of each fellowship
group with a sample of some regularly scheduled activities.
FOREVER YOUNG

The Forever Young group primarily consists of our senior citizens. |
| Group Activities: |
Monthly potlucks (2nd Sunday of each month)
Forever Young/Empty Nesters Banquet
Annual Farmer's Opry Night
Spring Trip (Callaway Gardens or Natchez Trace) |
EMPTY NESTERS

Johnny and Suzie Waldroup |
| Group Description: |
The Empty Nesters group primarily consists of middle-aged adults who no longer have children living at home. |
| Group Activities: |
Hobo Stew, Backyard Barbecue, and Game Night
Forever Young/Empty Nesters Banquet |
HOMEBUILDERS

| Group Description: |
The Homebuilders group primarily consists of young to middle-aged adults who have children in the home. |
| Group Activities: |
Quarterly Potluck Meals
Fish Fry, Dinner on the Beach, and Ice Cream Social
Ladies Brunch and Soup & Salad Luncheon
Family Outings to the Pensacola Ice Pilots, Pensacola Pelicans, etc. |
YOUNG ADULTS

The Young Adults group consists of college students and young professionals. |

Quarterly Saturday Night Cookouts
Outings to the Pensacola Ice Pilots, Movies, Bowling, etc.
